Q – How do I place an order on-line?
A – As you select your items simply add them to the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping move to the checkout and view your order in full to confirm the information before proceeding to the payment stage. When you are satisfied you have your order complete simply follow the prompts on screen which will ask for your payment method and delivery details. Once filled in, submit your order. A screen will then appear to with your order number on. Please either print this page for your records, or take note of the order number for future reference.

A - You can shop on-line with complete confidence. Our site provides protection and all the assurance you need to make your transactions privately and securely.

A – Once you have finished placing your order on line you will be prompted to select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Once your cheque arrives and is processed we will process the order in the normal way.

Q – When will my delivery be?
A – We normally endeavour to deliver your order 3 working days from placement and cleared funds.  

Q – Where do you deliver?
A – We deliver throughout Great Britain. For some locations off shore such as the Isle of Wight additional delivery charges may apply. Should you wish us to send goods to another country please do call us direct on 01423 329135, or E-mail us on info@ampersandlifestyle.co.uk and we will be happy to quote for the delivery of your items.

Q – Can I nominate a time or date for delivery?
A – Normally we endeavour to deliver your order 3 days after the order is placed, and in stock, however should you wish to nominate a specific date and/or time we will arrange this with you when we call to confirm your order.

Q – What notification will I receive concerning my delivery?
A -  You will be contacted by a member of our Customer Services Team following the placement of your order to confirm the timelines. Should you additional wish we are happy to contact you on the morning of the deliver to verify the deliver details.

Q – What arrangement will I need to make for my delivery?
A – Depending on the size of our order please make sure all points of access are clear and unless pre arranged please ensure someone is at your property to sign for your delivery.

Q – How do I check progress of my order?

Q – What if my order is late or delayed?
A – If your order time changes we will let you know straight away. While Ampersand Lifestyle Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control, we will make every effort to keep you informed of any delivery problems.   

Q – Can you assemble my furniture?
A – Some of our products do require a little self assembly. Should you wish for us to quote on fully assembling and placing your furniture please contact us on 01423 329135, or E-mail us on info@ampersandlifestyle.co.uk and we will be happy to provide you with a cost based on your order.

Q – What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
A – All deliveries need to be signed for unless pre arranged to be left in a specific location. Should your order be returned to the distribution centre someone will contact you to rearrange delivery, however it would be subject to a delivery charge.
